We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rapid City. First, we had lunch at a Popeyes- a new experience for us. It was good, minus the ham flavor in the green beans. We were only in Rapid City for a few hours on our way to and from the cabin. We stopped by Art Alley both times. If you know me, you know I love color, and this place is bursting with just that. It was a neat experience! Excuse the meth head graffiti. Mr. was all like, "Put BW up on the dumpster- that will look really cool!" So I snap, snap, snapped a bunch of pictures, and then read the dumpster and was like, "Oops." Kinda, sorta, definitely missed that! Needless to say, we chose a different dumpster for AW to pose on. :) This one is for you, Stephanie! We were there the day the guy was painting it. Hugs and prayers, friend! Thanks for joining us on our stop in Rapid City!
Coming in future posts: the Presidents of Rapid City, wildlife, the Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, Spearfish Canyon Be sure to check back soon. And, if you haven't subscribed yet, please do! It's an easy peasy way to stay up to date with all that's happenin!
